Höjden skola from Tenala/Ekenäs (Tammisaari), Finland is involved in a EU financed Comenius project, called "Joining the Colours of the European Rainbow". Altogether nine different schools from nine different countries are involved in this project, that started 2006.

Pizza, Pasta, Ercolano...ITALY!!!

Between the 17th and 23rd of May 2008 two teachers from Höjdens skola, Mia Haglund and Carola Malmsten-Kevin visited the partnerschool in Ercolano in Italy. All eight partners attended the mobility in Italy. During the stay, apart from having Comenius coordinators meeting and meeting with the district authorities, we experienced a lot! We climbed the Vesuvio volcano. We visited the excavation of Herculaneum, the Fiengo Ceramich where they make articles and ornaments from lavastones and the Donadio museum of coral. We also made a trip to Sorrento and Naples. The mobility in Italy was a great experience. Read more »
